Start your journey with us The Cincinnati Insurance companies’ Personal Lines Risk Management department is currently seeking a risk management territory advisor to complete inspections for homes over $3,000,000 providing a replacement cost calculation and loss prevention engineering recommendations and/or requirements. This is a high travel field position with a multi-state territory. Salary: The pay range for this position is $70,000-$115,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be Ready To • conduct field inspections to determine accurate replacement costs, analyze risk acceptability, identify potential loss hazards and make clear and feasible recommendations for loss prevention • identify cross sell/upsell opportunities and communicate them to Marketing and underwriting • conduct regular contractor interviews regarding current construction costs and building trends within the territory Be Equipped With • a minimum of 5 years of experience with insurance inspections and valuation, construction or high value property claims • highly established level of professionalism and tact • exceptional time management and work-planning skills • the ability to complete work that is accurate, thorough and requires no oversight • creative problem-solving ability and excellent math and verbal skills • the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and agencies using established conflict resolution skills • strong teamwork and collaboration skills with agents, underwriting and marketing • the ability to incorporate knowledge of the pricing and construction marketplace into accurate valuations and the skills to deliver these assessments verbally and in writing • exceptional knowledge of risk management with regard to protect class, building materials and other risk hazard factors • experience with training and the ability to instruct • exceptional knowledge of building techniques and materials as well as designer name brands for interior finish Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
