Requirements • Licensing: Possess or willing to obtain the necessary licensing requirements to sell insurance in Colorado. • Education: High-school diploma or GED required, bachelors and/or masters degree is a plus • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous. • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client communication. • Customer Focus: Genuine interest in assisting clients and providing exceptional service. • Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions. • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment. • Tech Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
