Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: • Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and marketing strategies. • Develop customized insurance solutions for individuals, families, and businesses. • Cross-sell policies to maximize client protection and increase revenue. Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service. • Provide policy reviews and updates to ensure proper coverage. • Handle customer inquiries, endorsements, and claims assistance. Agency Growth & Operations: • Develop and execute a business plan to meet sales goals and grow the agency. • Hire, train, and manage agency staff as the business expands. • Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and Farmers policies.

Requirements

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success. Sales or customer service experience preferred. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and negotiation skills.
