However, you and our customers have a team behind them who specialize in topics like claims, billing, technology, & problem solving. Our team is set up to have duties that magnify their strengths. In this need-based-sales-focused position for Dave Shivers State Farm, you will help us grow our agency and improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services that cover and protect things people have worked hard to attain and by acting as a liaison for customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Use needs-based conversations to be a professional advisor, ask questions, discern information and communicate complicated information in a simple manner regarding what the customers need to know to make the best decision for themselves • Relationship building through rapport and authenticity QUALIFICATIONS: • Property and Casualty license through California Department of Insurance (see CA Department of Insurance) • Abundance mindset • Communication skills- with integrity, empathy, a sense of humor and adaptability direct conversations, actively listen, follow up/through with excellence • Accept and act on feedback & coaching from teammates • Conflict and tension management with emotional stability and intelligence • Ability to self-manage (time management, situational awareness, self-motivation, emotional awareness) Apply Job!
