Title: Financial Investment Operations Analyst Entry Level Location: Beachwood, OH Shift: Day Shift, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm M-F, hybrid, Mon & Fri Remote, Tues-Thurs Onsite Payrate: up to $30 depending on Experience
Job Description
Generates portfolio risk metrics and performance reports using a variety of tools including but not limited to FactSet, Albourne, bank custodian system, Bloomberg and eVestment. Interacts and resolves issues with strategic vendors including custody bank, ODD consultant and risk vendors. Reconciles and ensures efficient data flows between various investment management information systems including but not limited to FactSet, custodian systems, Dynamo, Private I, eVestment, and Bloomberg. Executes investment transactions Assists senior team member with performing Operational Due Diligence on asset managers Performs daily cash reconciliations and updates cash flow projections, executes collateral movements, and processes controls surrounding capital calls/distributions Interacts with Tax, Legal, Accounting and Treasury colleagues to ensure all issues are addressed efficiently. Implements asset manager on-boarding process to ensure new investments are accurately included in all internal systems. Involved in day-to-day operational activities including capital calls, cash and stock distributions, regulatory/compliance documentation requests, account openings/closures, subscription and redemption documents, and liquidity modeling. Monitors incoming email communications from investment managers and responds to requests, or informs/engages investment team member responsible for the relationship. Implements data visualization using Tableau dashboards that are a) supportable, b) accurate and c) useful/relevant. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Requirements Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, resourceful, possess interpersonal skills and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
