We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Live Chat Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through live chat. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. • Document and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes. Qualifications • 1-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. • Strong written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools. • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
