Pre Sales Engineer/Product Analyst Job (Remote)
About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct technical demos of our AI-powered vehicle damage assessment solution 2. Create and customize product demos tailored to specific client use cases 3. Be very hands-on with ClearQuote product, use cases, setups, apps etc. 4. Setup trial accounts for prospects and support them during the trial process (changes to setups, respond to customer queries etc.) Requirements: 1. Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting 2. Experience with MongoDB and related tools (Studio3T, MongoDB Compass) 3. Strong understanding of JSON data structures and handling 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 5. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences 6. Availability to support clients in UK/US time zones Preferred (Would be a bonus): 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field 2. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts 3. Experience in a customer-facing technical role 4. Understanding of API integrations and web technologies 5.
