Job DescriptionDevelop and implement ETL solutions using Ab Initio to meet the business requirements.Create, modify, and optimize Ab Initio graphs and components for data extraction, transformation, and loading.Design and implement high-quality data pipelines that ensure accuracy, completeness, and performance.Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., relational databases, flat files, APIs) into the enterprise data warehouse.Develop complex transformations, data cleansing, and enrichment logic using Ab Initio functions and components.Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing of developed ETL processes.Troubleshoot and debug Ab Initio graphs, data issues, and performance bottlenecks.Optimize performance by refining existing Ab Initio graphs and components.Write clear and comprehensive technical documentation for Ab Initio workflows, data transformation processes, and data flows.Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders, including business teams and technical leads.Work closely with data architects, business analysts, and other developers to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration between data systems, databases, and applications.Monitor and maintain ETL jobs and pipelines to ensure ongoing data quality and consistency.Provide production support for Ab Initio jobs and resolve issues related to data integration processes. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $103330 - $128656/yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
