Growth Marketing Manager
The Business Marketing Group (BMG) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions. Our team is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is passionate about growth marketing, demand generation, customer engagement, creative, acquisition, analytics, and driving measurable results through growth initiatives. In this role, you will partner with multiple internal teams including product marketing, sales, program manager, demand management, data science, creative, and analytics teams to plan, build, and launch marketing campaigns anchoring to drive and sustain customer engagements, drive demand into Sales Programs, or acquire new customers. Being very comfortable with data, you will drive the analytical insight necessary to understand our customer's needs and maximize impact while figuring out how to get things done without relying on others to do the job. You are detail-oriented, enjoy building marketing campaigns, and can rapidly earn trust and credibility with stakeholders.
