Senior Product Designer - Enterprise Technology & Agent Tools [Remote]

Role Overview: As a Senior Product Designer on the N-Tech Product Design Team, you will play a crucial role in developing products that enhance Netflix's internal operations and agent tools. Your work will support Netflix's mission to deliver best-in-class entertainment by improving operational workflows and enhancing content decision-making. You will design products that bring insights and intelligence to our teams, enabling them to create exceptional content and consumer experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including Product Design, Content Design, Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, and Operations, to elevate our business. • Engage in all stages of the design process, from user research and ideation to concept development, validation, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design. • Conduct generative user research to deeply understand user needs and create intuitive, user-centered designs. • Develop pixel-perfect mockups and prototypes that deliver emotionally compelling user experiences. • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. • Partner with Product Managers to develop systematic solutions that align user needs with data, business goals, and strategy. • Work closely with engineers to build impactful products within technological and timeline constraints. • Facilitate collaborative work sessions with stakeholders at all levels. • Advance the discipline of product design within Netflix and with external partners. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software product design. • Proven track record of designing and shipping enterprise or B2B experiences that have scaled successfully. • Ability to think strategically about product design and articulate a clear vision. • Experience navigating ambiguity and driving clarity to align user, technology, and business needs. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present design concepts effectively. • Mastery of Figma and its advanced features, such as Autolayout, Variables, and Responsive Prototypes. • Experience collaborating with machine learning and data science teams to influence algorithm design from a user-centered perspective. • Experience working with offshore development teams and a collaborative approach to finding solutions. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a technology or entertainment company. • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
