Senior Associate, S&O - CPG Ads & Promotions

About the Team Our CPG Advertising & Promotion team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help brands reach DoorDash audiences. This role will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, optimize, and execute campaign strategies for advertisers, ensuring seamless campaign delivery, optimizing performance, and providing actionable insights.

About the Role

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and highly-motivated Senior Associate, CPG Ads + Promos to support the CPG Activations work stream, where they will play a critical role in driving impact and advertiser success. This will be a highly collaborative role that will be working with cross-functional partners across the company to drive partner outcomes. Key responsibilities, outlined below, support a portfolio of ads and promotional products: • Track progress against key business objectives such as revenue, consumer savings, and product adoption to ensure the business hits quarterly targets • Work closely in collaboration with teams across several business functions to plan go-to-market strategies and execution for CPG advertisers on seasonal campaigns (eg, Summer of DashPass) • Support campaign quality by partnering with our Ad Operations team to QA campaigns and monitor once live • Identify campaign optimization opportunities by monitoring daily performance and analyzing metrics across different ads and promotions products • Test into new product opportunities in support of our roadmap • Streamline processes where optimizations can be made to better scale and automate You're excited about this opportunity because you will... • Execute: You value operational excellence, precision, and can operate at the lowest level of detail. • Build: You're not afraid to innovate and approach initiatives in a new way. • Problem-Solve: When faced with ambitious goals, you can map out and execute the necessary steps to achieve them. • Partner: You thrive in collaborative environments, balancing multiple priorities and incorporating feedback and data to improve results and drive strategy. • Communicate: You excel at communicating complex information clearly to different audiences, ensuring understanding and alignment.
