Job Description

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be providing outstanding customer service to our travelers, assisting with booking, cancellations, inquiries, and general support, all while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations. • Handle inquiries related to baggage, travel policies, and general flight information. • Provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat support. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service on every call. Required Qualifications: • Must reside in the United States. • Proven experience in a customer service role (remote experience is a plus). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. • Tech-savvy with the ability to use various computer systems and software. • Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace at home to take calls and handle customer inquiries. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in the travel or airline industry. • Bilingual skills are a plus.
