Strategic Account Executive

Our Strategic Sales Executives create, identify, and close large enterprise accounts for Total Expert. This person must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business. Our team is looking for aggressive team players in a rapidly growing ever changing technology company. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales (preferably targeting financial services), with a proven track record of quota attainment. The work you do will empower tens of thousands of financial services leaders to help their customers make critical financial decisions that shape their lives.

What you’ll be doing:

Understand and present Total Expert products and inspire prospect interest

·

Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of namedaccounts

·

Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations

·

Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas

·

Manage complex sales cycles utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate

·

Keep current with industry trends and engage customers addressing their business challenges

·

Act with urgency, integrity and a strong focus on customer success

·

Own the sales cycle – from lead generation to closure

·

Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention

What we are looking for:

·

7+ years of experience managing the sales cycle within enterprise accounts

·

A proven sales hunter and closer; record of meeting/exceeding quota

·

Solid track record of building relationships and collaborating at all levels of the organization

·

Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment

·

Will thrive in startup culture: Has a growth mindset, resilient, adaptable and curious

·

Passionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems

·

Knowledge of selling into financial services, with a preference toward banks or credit unions

·

Strong verbal and written communication skills

·

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·

Strong understanding of SaaS technology

·

Ability to clearly articulate your sales process and method of self-motivation

Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. The role is also eligible to receive commissions based on achievement of an assigned quota. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.
