About the role

K Health is seeking a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner for a 25-hour-per-week, 4–6 month contract to focus exclusively on sourcing and recruiting healthcare providers. This role will be crucial in scaling our medical operations by identifying and attracting top clinical talent. The primary focus will be sourcing full-time healthcare professionals while collaborating with business partners to assess and anticipate part-time hiring needs. As candidates' first point of contact, a deep understanding of K Health’s brand and mission is essential. While time-to-fill metrics are important, we prioritize securing the right clinical talent that fits our culture. This position will directly impact the future of K Health by supporting physician recruitment for our entirely virtual telehealth practice and new strategic partnerships, ensuring we continue to provide high-quality care to our patients. This role is ideal for recent college graduates looking to learn a new skill. Experience is preferred but not required.  

What you'll be doing

  • Efficiently source candidates across multiple channels to build the top of funnel and determine which resources yield the best clinical candidates
  • Understand the K Health product and requirements needed to work on the platform and be able to explain them flawlessly to candidates
  • Collaborate closely with our medical leadership and operations team to elevate K's clinical recruiting function. 
  • Contribute actively to the development of innovative provider recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Implement data-driven recruiting approaches by leveraging insights from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Greenhouse.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably physician/healthcare experience.
  • A passion for sourcing talent and a proven track record in a scaling environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and effectively communicate information.
  • In-depth knowledge of the telemedicine industry and its landscape.
  • The ability to interpret and leverage data to enhance recruiting efforts.
  • An operational and hospitality-focused mindset, dedicated to enriching the candidate experience and building strong partnerships with hiring managers.
  • A sense of urgency in candidate communication, scheduling, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, clear, and friendly manner.
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS and sourcing tools such as Doximity and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Compensation:$35—$42 USD

We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
