POSITION OVERVIEW The Data Operations Specialist L2 provides support to the Data Operations team under the direct supervision of the Data Operations Manager. Tasks for this role include copying, processing, loading, exporting, producing, and disposing of data for client matters. The primary focus of this role is for technical management of electronic data using eDiscovery industry-specific processing and hosting applications. The hours for this position are Sunday - Thursday, 5pm - 2am EST. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS In this capacity, the L2 Specialist: ESI Data ingress and egress utilizing Relativity, DISCO, and other eDiscovery industry tools Performs quality control per department standards and proactively notifies appropriate parties of any issues that may arise Creating and configuring eDiscovery databases Track and update work progress in proprietary ticketing system Communicate within and across departments regarding task status Performs other tasks as assigned by Data Operations Manager Availability to work late nights and weekends as required Participate in holiday coverage Act as escalation point for Level 2 team members Test new tools, workflows, and standard operating procedures. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED A minimum of 2 years law firm or eDiscovery service provider experience Knowledge of Relativity (at least 2 years relevant experience required) Relativity, DISCO, Nuix, Brainspace and other eDiscovery tool certification(s) preferred Strong client-service orientation Ability to learn new software tools quickly Familiarity with computer operating systems, networking, and the ability to recognize and diagnose issues Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, while taking responsibility for a task and following it through to completion Adaptability to work concurrently on projects and flexibility in shifting focus CIMPLIFI CORE VALUES: Our Core Values serve as the guiding principles behind all services we deliver.
