Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Hourly Rate: $15.00/hr Shift Times: Monday - Friday (7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) *Note: overtime and weekends may be required. Job Requirements: • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse setting. • Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems (WMS). • Ability to operate label printing machines and other warehouse equipment. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Must be able to stand for extended periods. • Overtime is mandatory when called; shifts may be 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, including some weekends. Duties & Responsibilities: • Enter and update product information into the warehouse management system (WMS) with precision. • Review and verify data before printing to ensure accuracy and consistency with inventory records. • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely production and labeling of goods. • Troubleshoot and resolve minor printing errors or issues with labeling machines. • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations. • Track label printing inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
