Bits of your job: • Monitor and moderate organic comments to ensure a positive brand presence • Learn and grow with the team’s guidance and support • Provide feedback on audience sentiment and engagement trends • Collaborate with the team to improve user interactions and content ideas • Assist with tracking and reporting social media activity • Enforce community guidelines, content policies, and advertising standards to maintain compliance and create a safe online environment • Take on other tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements

Key expectations: • Higher education (third-year or last year students are welcome to apply) • Interest in social media and community engagement • Good written communication in English and Lithuanian • Ability to stay organized and manage tasks • Creative and flexible in solving problems • Motivated to work both alone and with a team Salary: 500 €/mon. net Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
