Product Owner
As a Product Owner, you’ll lead the development and continuous improvement of our AI-driven platform. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to enhance our matching algorithms, improve user engagement, and refine monetization strategies.
What You’ll Do- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather insights from users, stakeholders, and market trends to shape new features.
- Work with developers and AI specialists to improve matching algorithms and automation.
- Optimize user experience, onboarding flows, and engagement strategies.
- Set clear KPIs and measure the success of product initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI technologies.
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or similar roles.
- Marketplace Knowledge: Experience working with two-sided platforms (B2B or B2C).
- AI & Data-Driven Mindset: Familiarity with AI applications, data analytics, and automation.
- Agile Methodology: Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of APIs, UX principles, and software development processes.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to prioritize, execute, and iterate quickly.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong stakeholder management skills.
