Controls Engineer (Walmart) - Technical Support (Remote/Night Shift)

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,875 - $121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What will you do in this role: ? Our team participates in the support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software ? Provides support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting, and appropriate follow-up ? Participates in recommending ideas related to efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer happiness ? Provides troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers ? Travel between 20-30% to different customer locations, which may include weekends and overtime What We are Looking For: ? Bachelor's Degree ? Experience with Dematic Walmart installs ? Being willing to work nights and on-call coverage is a must! ? We need you to have proven experience in a related field providing customer service support - customer happiness is key! ? Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms ? Experience with controls hardware troubleshooting ? Siemens and Modicon PLC experience a plus ? Electrical troubleshooting experience ?
