About the Role
This is a full-time role requiring just 30 hours per week, offering amazing medical and dental benefits at a low cost. MUST have an Illinois address What You'll Do: ? Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails. ? Troubleshoot and resolve CNC-related issues remotely. ? Provide technical guidance on CNC machine centers and equipment such as Amada, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Doosan, DMG, Kitamura, Fanuc, and related equipment. ? Maintain clear and professional communication with clients. What You Bring: ? Extensive experience with CNC machinery and equipment listed above. ?
