Data Entry Technician (Remote)

Part time entry level position within our Customs Brokerage team 15-20 hours per week, hours between M-F 8AM-5PM ? Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system ? Understand and identify customs documentation ? Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration ? Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct ? Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally ? Ensure compliance at all times to regulations ? Daily execution of workflow and department metrics Qualifications ? Associates or Bachelors Degree, ? Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing ? Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical ? Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint ? Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills ?
