Admin - Flexible: WordPress, Shopify & Photoshop (US-Based, East Coast Preferred)

Hey there! We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Content Admin to help keep things running smoothly across our WordPress Site, Shopify store, and image creatives using Photoshop. This role is ideal for candidates who are based in the US, preferably on the East Coast, and are looking for a flexible work environment. If you’ve got experience managing website content, updating e-commerce listings, and tweaking images, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing: • Updating and editing existing site posts, shopify product pages, and site settings in WordPress. • Adding and managing new and existing products in Shopify (titles, descriptions, images, and tags). • Formatting content to make sure it looks great, is easy to read, and optimized for SEO. • Using Photoshop for image creation, edits—resizing, enhancing, and making sure everything looks sharp. • Keeping things organized, accurate, and visually appealing across the board. What We’re Looking For: • Experience with WordPress (Gutenberg or Elementor knowledge is a plus but we use the classic editor). • Experience with Shopify (adding/editing products, managing and creating collections, uploading via CSV, and tagging). • Photoshop skills (cropping, resizing, and simple edits are a must). • Strong attention to detail—if something’s off, you’ll catch it! • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines. This position is flexible. • US-based, East Coast preferred so we’re in the same time zone for quick communication. Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience with SEO best practices for WordPress and Shopify. • Some basic HTML/CSS knowledge to make small tweaks. • Familiarity with Shopify apps for product management and optimization. • Familiarity with tabletop miniatures games like Warhammer 40k What’s in It for You? • Flexible, part-time gig with room to grow. • Work with a team that actually cares about getting things right.
