This 1099 contractor role offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to make a significant impact on students’ academic success. Responsibilities: • Virtual Instruction: Teach high school students with diverse learning needs in a virtual classroom setting. • Develop Individualized Plans: Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each student’s unique academic and developmental needs. • Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure coordinated and effective instruction. • Track & Monitor Progress: Assess and document student progress to ensure that educational goals are being met. • Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of student performance, IEP updates, and other required reports.
