Columbus Global Home Health - Columbus Global Home Health is seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Live Chat Health Navigator. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-oriented, tech-savvy, and has a passion for healthcare and helping others. As a Live Chat Health Navigator, you will be responsible for managing our digital chat platform and providing virtual support to our clients. You will use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to help clients navigate their health concerns and connect with the appropriate resources. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to live chat inquiries from clients Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm - Listen and understand clients' health concerns and provide empathetic support and guidance - Utilize available resources and information to address clients' questions and concerns - Coordinate with our team of healthcare professionals to schedule appointments, arrange referrals, and provide follow-up care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with the live chat platform - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase engagement on the live chat platform Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field - Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or healthcare support role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Empathetic and compassionate towards others - Proficient in technology and comfortable navigating different systems and platforms - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and ability to document accurately - Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required Why Work for Columbus Global Home Health?
