Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements

Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or chat support role. Skills: Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with navigating multiple software applications and chat platforms. Work Environment: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree is a plus).
