Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist)

Key Responsibilities • Execute data entry tasks with a focus on precision and efficiency (minimum 40 WPM required). • Facilitate the manual setup of organizations and user profiles as part of the application migration process. • Provide support to end-users by establishing organization and user credentials. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless transition for clients to the new application system. • Adapt to project needs with flexible shift options available: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST). Required Skills • Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately (>40 WPM). • Language Skills: Strong command of English (bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous). • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users. • Experience: Prior helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • A reliable internet connection is essential. • Successful completion of a brief typing assessment.
