Responsibilities • Research financial transactions & markets news and share interpretations with peers • Meet with mentors over live phone calls 1-3x per week for various topics - from profile optimization to mock interviews • Attend weekly group events with top professionals & group-training sessions with your assigned team • Complete case studies & other assignments in the online TBO Training Platform in a streamlined syllabus personalized for your student profile & recruiting objectives • Take calls with bankers in our network & coordinate on perfecting networking approach, interviews, and application materials like resumes & cover letters • Schedule time with mentors to sync throughout the internship & ensure pacing towards a full-time offer • Manage outputs from AI tools that network with over 1,000+ investment bankers completely on your behalf & apply to relevant job applications right when they open Qualifications • Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. undergraduate program • Availability of 6-12 hours each week during Spring Semester depending on the syllabus & recruiting timeline at top firms (note -- for Spring 2024, expect a heavier recruiting sprint at the beginning of the semester) • Respective & collaborative towards peers & the professionals that are making time for them • Hungry, ambitious, & dedicated to elite careers on Wall Street • NOTE: WE ARE EXCLUSIVELY SEEKING UNDERGRADUATE CANDIDATES IN THE CLASS OF 2028. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the most competitive industry at the undergraduate level, 90% of our students land offers every year.
