Job Summary This position is responsible for managing multiple development projects, development groups, and/or business processes support functions for a major business segment; overseeing multiple technical and/or business processes and analysis projects which include development, installation, and maintenance of business rules; communicating and endorsing strict adherence to development and quality standards and monitoring adherence on an on-going basis; directing, motivating, and developing technical staff, maximizing individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team; leading technical analysis of organizational needs for development and implementation of Enterprise processes; and interfacing with clients to ensure business rules are developed which meet their business needs and specifications. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science. • 8 years of experience in business analysis. • Project management, structured design, and financial systems experience. • Knowledge of SQL, ASP, JAVA, HTML, Relational Database, FrontPage, and Visio. • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, and PowerPoint. • Verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Finance • Value Based Care Operations and Implementation experience • Knowledge of Health Care Legislation-Medicare and Medicaid. • Financial Aptitude. • Knowledge of government reporting and analytics; • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple workstreams. • Ability to build rapport and effectively partner with Actuarial, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Network etc. • Knowledge of data/information management principles and strategies, or experience with strategic consulting with an information focus. • Value Base Care network and provider experience a plus.
