Applies the appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes to individual patient health information for data retrieval and analysis and claims processing for inpatient and outpatient encounters. Salary Range $29.10/hr-$43.65/hr Full Time Hours Sign On Bonus Eligible Required Qualifications • Require a minimum of three (3) years of work experience as a coder with a portion of the coding experience inpatient focused. • Require certification by American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) certification as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) - OR - certification by American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) as a Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC).
