Teleradiology Quality Assurance Coordinator - Full Time - Hybrid

About the position Experity, Inc. is seeking a Teleradiology Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. The Teleradiology Quality Assurance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our teleradiology services by producing and distributing quality metrics reports, managing peer reviews, and monitoring image quality issues for new clients. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as the coordinator will work closely with radiologists and leadership to address challenges and improve service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for generating daily, weekly, and monthly quality metrics reports, distributing these reports to radiologists and leadership, and ensuring that all missed cases are processed and monitored effectively. You will also categorize rereads, manage anonymized cases for educational purposes, and communicate with clients regarding image quality issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations, a strong understanding of regulatory standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities • Produces daily, weekly and monthly quality metrics reports , • Distribute monthly quality metrics to the radiologists , • Produce and distribute monthly quality metrics reporting to leadership and other Teleradiology departments , • Post monthly reporting for client access , • Report weekly misses and distribute data to Teleradiology team , • Categorize all rereads and process accordingly, performed 7 days a week at least 3 times per day , • Process all peer review results, performed 7 days a week , • Process and monitor all missed cases for addenda , • Monitor all new clients for image quality issues for 2 weeks and run report to obtain data , • Notify new clients with image quality issues over 15% after review period , • Manage anonymized cases monthly for teaching file and radiologist miss folder , • Distribute client specific data to folders within OP for Client access, performed 7 days a week , • Collect, manage and submit cases to JCUM for monthly article , • Accurately report client interactions to CSM team , • Communicate with leadership regarding challenges , • Co-chief schedule and notifications , • Special projects , • Work with Director of Quality to obtain cases for Experity educational portal , • Work directly with radiologists on reporting discrepancies , • Other duties as assigned Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent , • Experience within healthcare operations , • Knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation , • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Nice-to-haves • OnePacs experience , • Basic knowledge of medical terminology Benefits • Comprehensive coverage starts first day of employment and includes Medical, Dental/Orthodontia, and Vision , • All Team Members are eligible for synthetic ownership in Experity upon one year of employment , • Employee Assistance Program including counseling, legal resolution, financial education, and more , • Flexible work scheduling to manage work-life balance , • Generous PTO plan that increases with milestones , • Career development programs to explore potential and achieve career goals , • Team building events including family company picnics and holiday parties , • Competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Apply Job!
