Behavioral Health 24/7 Clinical Navigation and Support Care Manager

The Cigna team is looking for an experienced and dedicated Behavioral Health 24/7 Clinical Navigation and Support Care Manager to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for providing 24/7 clinical navigation and support to members seeking access to behavioral health services. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong clinical knowledge and experience in behavioral health. They should also be passionate about providing exceptional care and service to our members. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individual plans for members seeking access to behavioral health services. Offer support and clinical navigation to members in order to ensure access to the most appropriate and cost-effective behavioral health services. Provide clinical consultation and education to members and their families. Monitor members’ progress in achieving their treatment goals and objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed. Develop and maintain positive relationships with providers and other healthcare professionals. Facilitate communication between members, providers, and other healthcare professionals as needed. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all activities and services provided. Respond to members’ inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
