The backbone of the company is a referral based lead gen system which effectively generates and distributes leads for many different products and offerings, along with In House Lending for Non Conventional, as well as Conventional Respa Products. Employment Opportunity Non Conventional/Private Lending Consultant: This side of the Company works with Commercial Products, Dscr Rental Lending, Fix and Flips, Bridge, Ground up Construction, equipment loans, and more. The role is a Lending Consultant who will be educating leads and converting them to applications with our list of lending resources. Some document gathering from clients is necessary and our consultants need great personal skills along with business ethics to excel in this industry. We work with over 10+ Lenders who specialize in unique and non conventional lending options. As an Investor Friendly option, the products can only be done in a business name as an investment category. With Specialty products such as: • 100% Fix and Flip loans (65% arv) • 10 year I/O Dscr Loans (30 year amortization) • Bridge Loans • No Experience Fix and flip and Dscr Options • Investor Construction Loans and more! We also connect agents with buyers and other pieces of the industry, such as contractors and inspectors when needed. From day 1 through purchase and even remodeling, we cater to the INVESTOR type transactions. Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Mortgage Consultant, specifically for Non Conventional Lending (non respa applications). The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for providing mortgage industry expertise, managing relationships, handling sales calls and emails, promoting brand and product mix, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending expertise preferred (not required) Experience in Sales and ability to open new relationships in the real estate industry. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Understanding of market trends and regulations in the mortgage industry Nmls license is a plus, but NOT required for "Non conventional, private, hard money, lending". >>If you do have a state NMLS then there are options for on-boarding conventional as well. Pay and leads (general answers): Contract Employment 1099 at year end Comp Terms are based on UNIT count for tiers (ie, 1 unit pays less than 6+units a month) Comp Terms 2 based on % of fees (ie, front/or yield spread charges are factor of pay) No Minimum hours weekly (Looking for 25-40 hour commitment however) Current Pipeline is a MAJOR plus, but we also offer additional marketing and lead generation. It is expected that referral leads convert to less than 40% of monthly average based on a 3 month review. Which means, self marketing and proper use of contact lists is important for production by each consultant Leads will be generated for each consultant. BPS for Self Gen is different than Referral Gen. Paid every 2 weeks (after closing) An Average Sales Consultant working full time generally can make 85-400k annual, whereas Average Sales Consultant working 25 hours per week generally makes 20-165k Apply Job!
