Head of US Sales – Healthcare BPO Services United States- Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Remote Pay: $150,000-$180,000 Annually Overview: Head of US Sales – Healthcare BPO Services will be responsible for driving sales growth within the healthcare vertical. This role will focus on building and expanding relationships with key clients, identifying new market opportunities, and developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BPO sales, with a strong focus on healthcare, and will be capable of leading high-level negotiations with C-suite executives. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and proven VP of Business Development to spearhead our BPO services in the healthcare sector. This is a strategic leadership role designed for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of healthcare outsourcing. Position Responsibilities: • Lead business development efforts for Inspiro’s healthcare BPO services, driving revenue and market share growth. • Identify, engage, and cultivate new business opportunities in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, insurance providers, and healthcare organizations. • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with industry trends, client needs, and company objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at healthcare to foster long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for potential clients. • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Qualifications: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within the BPO or outsourcing industry. · Proven track record of success in business development or sales leadership within the healthcare BPO industry. · Strong network of established relationships with healthcare industry decision-makers. · In-depth knowledge of healthcare processes, regulations, and outsourcing trends. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. · Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
