Lead the development and implementation of machine learning technologies for the Gen AI team at Mozilla Corporation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas where machine learning can enhance user experience on the web. Design and build robust machine learning models and algorithms that can improve user engagement and accessibility. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team to ensure high-quality and efficient development processes. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in machine learning to continuously improve and innovate our products. Work closely with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements for machine learning solutions. Perform data analysis and pre-processing to ensure data quality and suitability for training machine learning models. Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure for machine learning models, including deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with research teams to explore and experiment with new machine learning techniques and technologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present findings and progress to the wider organization. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all machine learning projects. Act as a subject matter expert on machine learning within the organization and contribute to the development of best practices and standards. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing machine learning models and algorithms.
