Associate Director, Infrastructure Standardization and Change Quality

Hello there, We are currently seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team at Humana as the Associate Director of Infrastructure Standardization and Change Quality. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the standardization and quality control of our infrastructure changes to ensure a seamless and efficient operation across our organization. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of infrastructure systems, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. Oversee standardization and quality control processes for infrastructure changes within the organization. Develop and implement standardized procedures for infrastructure changes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current infrastructure systems and identify areas for improvement. Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals to ensure high-quality and timely execution of infrastructure changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to infrastructure standards. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential impact on infrastructure changes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure standardization and change quality. Develop and maintain metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement in infrastructure standardization and change quality. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on infrastructure standardization and change quality initiatives. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks that may arise during infrastructure changes and provide timely resolutions. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to infrastructure standardization and change quality. Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure standardization and change quality initiatives.
