Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and manage a team of claims investigators to achieve desired results Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to team members Monitor and enforce the adherence to state and federal regulations that govern the claims investigation process Develop and maintain relationships with other departments within Allstate to ensure customer satisfaction Conduct reviews of team performance and provide necessary coaching Develop and implement strategies to improve team processes and procedures Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Handle escalated customer service issues Prepare reports and presentations for management review Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to address them Allstate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
