We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive In-House Accountant who will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial records. Key Responsibilities • Oversee accounts payable to guarantee timely payment of invoices. • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection follow-ups. • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. • Ensure precise financial record-keeping utilizing QuickBooks Enterprise. • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes. • Collaborate with various departments to address accounting-related inquiries. • Provide support during audits and tax preparation processes. Required Skills • Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) Desktop. • Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Capability to work independently as well as within a team. • CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. • Proven experience in accounting or a similar capacity.
