The Data Collector will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Responsibilities • Collect and input data from various sources into databases and spreadsheets. • Transcribe information accurately from documents to digital formats. • Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy access to information. • Utilize Excel for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables for reporting purposes. • Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems. • Perform clerical tasks as needed, including filing and organizing documents. • Conduct basic math calculations to verify data accuracy. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Familiarity with databases and data management systems. • Basic math skills for accurate data verification. • Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail in transcribing information. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
