About the position The Associate Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting at Humana plays a crucial role in analyzing and forecasting financial and economic data to support strategic and operational decisions. This position is part of the Home organization and focuses on developing new forecast models for home health and skilled nursing facility initiatives. The role involves working closely with financial leadership and evaluating industry trends to inform the organization's financial and competitive positioning. Responsibilities Develop and maintain models for pricing, budgets, forecasting, and program valuation. , Own underlying assumptions and explain the impact of actual to expected results on financial performance. , Lead discussions with senior leadership regarding assumptions and identify key risks and areas of opportunity.
