Key Responsibilities • Ensure timely and accurate payment of all invoices and bills. • Record financial transactions meticulously in our accounting system. • Manage payroll processing efficiently while ensuring compliance across multiple states. • Maintain and verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records. • Reconcile discrepancies in financial reports and provide necessary documentation. • Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate financial analysis and reporting. Required Skills • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.). • Exceptional attention to detail and precision. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines consistently. • A commitment to confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters.
