Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in real-time via online chat platforms Guide customers through our products and services, providing accurate and relevant information Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures
Requirements
