Regional Sales Manager - Western US - Managing a team of 20+ Territory Managers and Sales Reps. Must be located in one of these areas: Salt Lake City, UT, Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, Phoenix, AZ or Bay Area/LA, CA Join a collaborative, established company that takes pride in its culture and diversity as a key member of their Leadership team. Our client has several new products being introduced to the market this year and is looking for a roll-up-your-slide Sales Manager to report to the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing, growing market share, and managing expansion. You will have oversight for direct Sales Reps and Territory Managers throughout multiple states. They currently have a tenured, cohesive team and strive for win-win scenarios where all points of view are valued and mentoring and employee development are a high priority. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree • Strong record of success in sales, growing a business, setting strategy, and exceeding sales goals. • 4+ years experience in a leadership role • Collaborative, Respectful Leadership Style. Responsibilities: • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a leadership role. • Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. • Solid education in OR procedures and protocols. • Urology/MIS/General Surgery/ or Endoscopic experience is highly preferred. • Indirect management of Independent Sales Agents (1099’s). • Participates in the development of annual sales and marketing strategic planning. Compensation: $200-250k OTE at plan with bonuses for overachievement/uncapped commission. Car Allowance Travel: 60% travel throughout the territory as well as conferences and training opportunities. Years of Experience: 4+ years of sales experience in a Medical Device Surgical Leadership role managing a sales team in multiple states. This is a great role for someone aspiring to be a Director.
