Requirements • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. , • Less than 1 year of experience in clerical/administrative roles, healthcare insurance, and customer service is required. , • Familiarity with Epic EMR System is preferred. , • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. , • Proficiency in IT/computer skills and basic math skills is required. , • Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing is helpful.
