This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States REMOTE PART-TIME LEAD BOOKKEEPER / CLIENT MANAGER Your Front eOffice (YFeO) is looking to hire a part-time accountant who lives anywhere in the states of Illinois, Tennessee or Florida. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while being their main point of contact, providing top-notch customer service, handling all core bookkeeping functions and building financial work processes, including but not limited to data entry, expense coding, accounts payable and receivable management, inventory management, reconciliations, analysis, financial app integrations and more. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with BILL, DEXT, and Sales Tax software (i.e. Avalara, TaxJar) is a major plus! Have a solid grasp on technology and learn how to navigate new programs easily Ability and confidence to troubleshoot independently Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills to correspond with other teams and clients Must be in the United States (ideal if you're located in IL, TN, FL) If you're currently a solo-bookkeeper or tax professional with a small book of business and are open to opportunities let us know.
