About the position The Sr. Product Operations Analyst at Capital One Software is a pivotal role focused on enhancing product management processes and ensuring the successful launch of new product features. This position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovative customer experiences and optimize product development from conception to execution. The analyst will engage in operational management of B2B SaaS products, ensuring high standards in product processes and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities • Ensure new product features are launched smoothly and maintain high standards in product processes. , • Help the product management team create products that users love. , • Optimize the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer success for new product development. , • Support activities to ensure Capital One Software remains well managed, including audits. , • Develop rollout plans for feature releases to enable successful adoption by customers. , • Manage the process to define and deliver a product strategy and roadmap. , • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure commitments are met. , • Drive continuous improvement in engagement models between product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or military experience. , • At least 1 year of product management experience or experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. , • 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products. , • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms for digital experiences. , • 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process. , • 1+ years experience using Agile/Scrum/Sprint methodology. , • 1+ years experience in B2B SaaS go-to-market operations. , • 1+ years experience with data analysis or business intelligence tools.
