Key Responsibilities • Market Expertise: Serve as Tandem Search’s boots-on-the-ground subject matter expert for the US investment banking market, with a focus on origination. • Business Development: Proactively identify and secure client opportunities, leveraging your network and knowledge of the East Coast and broader U.S. market to drive revenue. • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive business plan to identify key growth areas, potential clients, and emerging opportunities within the US investment banking space over the next year. • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies. • Candidate Sourcing: Identify top-tier candidates at all levels across multiple sectors for high-profile investment banking roles, focusing on quality over quantity. • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Tandem Search as a credible and professional ambassador, building your personal brand within the industry under the Tandem Search banner. • Client Meetings: Focus on face-to-face interactions to strengthen relationships and enhance business opportunities. • Entrepreneurial Leadership: Take full ownership of building and scaling a new business unit, utilizing Tandem Search’s resources to create long-term success.
