Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent-Open Enrollment (Remote) Hours: 8:30 AM-6:30 PM Staggered Shifts M-F Pay: $25.00 per hour + Commissions and Bonuses About AnswerNet: AnswerNet is an award-winning full-service provider of inbound, outbound, automated, and business process outsourcing solutions. What You'll be Doing You'll receive a comprehensive three (3) week paid training program. After training completion, there will be a "nesting" period until open enrollment begins so you can get used to the systems. Immediately after that, you'll start advising individuals and families about how our insurance plans align with their unique needs. You'll be using your training and passion for customer care and sales to answer customer questions, resolve issues, and make a difference in the lives of the public we serve. As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent, on a... typical day, you will: • Guide plan options that fit their budget and healthcare needs, differentiating products in the market • Clarify areas of customer confusion or frustration to suggest solutions with an emphasis on empathy and strong closing techniques • Enroll individuals and families in the best available plan for their needs and budget • Actively listen to identify additional customer needs that different plan features and enhancements might fulfill. • Answer customer questions about health insurance plans and benefits. Qualifications and Requirements: • ACA experience required (minimum one OEP selling experience) • Previous call center experience is a plus • Active listening skills/attention to detail • Dedicated, secure, distraction-free workspace • High-speed internet access (10 MBPS Upload and 50 MBPS Download) with a hard-wired connection. • Laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or greater (Apple/Mac, Chromebooks, and tablets are incompatible) • Dual monitors and a Web Cam are required • USB Connected Headphones with Microphone and Mute button. (Bluetooth is unacceptable) • Completion of pre-screening assessment • High school diploma or equivalent What You Can Expect • Dedication from knowledgeable, professional supervisors, quality coaches, and management to help you succeed! • Paid training (3 weeks, training starting in October) • The customer-centric sales process with an A+-rated health insurer • $20 - $25 per enrollment in commissions for enrollments and renewals (paid out after the close of the program) • Training Bonus, Program Completion Bonus, Performance Incentives (daily and weekly) • Potential for year-round employment for other AnswerNet programs Schedule: • The ability to commit to a 40-hour work week within our hours of operation of 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST. • Training begins the first week in October (3 weeks). Starting October 7th. • Production begins November 1st until December 15th. (6 work weeks, no work on Thanksgiving holiday). • 100% attendance is required for both training and production • One 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks.
