About the position As a Bodily Injury/Litigation Senior Claims Adjuster at Gallagher Bassett, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving complex auto bodily injury claims across various jurisdictions in the United States. This position is designed for individuals who possess a strong background in claims management and are adept at analyzing claims exposure and litigation. You will be responsible for executing decision-making processes that determine the appropriate course of action for each claim, ensuring that resolutions are achieved in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will involve extensive interaction with various parties involved in the claims process, including clients, claimants, and legal representatives, to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the claims process. You will be expected to handle claims in accordance with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies, while also adhering to statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements. Documentation and communication of claim activity will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will need to support the outcomes of the claim file through timely and accurate reporting. As a key member of the Claims Adjuster team, you will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex auto bodily injury claims. Your analytical skills and claims experience will be essential in making informed decisions that lead to successful claim resolutions. You will work closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the overall claims management process. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective planning will be necessary to optimally serve our clients and ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto Bodily Injury claims. , • Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and litigation. , • Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process. , • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process. , • Handle claims in accordance with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies. , • Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently. , • Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process. , • Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients. Requirements • High School Diploma. , • Minimum of 5 years related claims experience. , • Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and NY. , • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices. , • Computer experience with related claims and business software.
