Key Responsibilities • Maintain a strong pipeline and demonstrate proven production capabilities. • Work with a variety of loan types, including home purchases, refinancing, and cash-out loans. Requirements • Valid NMLS license. • At least 1 year of experience in loan origination. • Proven track record with 3+ units closed monthly or $750K in originations. • Experience with Encompass is a plus. • Ability to work remotely.
