About the position The Enterprise Architecture Manager Sr at PNC is responsible for leading the governance and strategic development of enterprise architecture, focusing on the evaluation and adoption of new technologies. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to create strategic roadmaps for transforming the application portfolio, ensuring compliance with design patterns, and automating governance functions. The position emphasizes leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making, with a focus on enhancing executive presence and driving change within the organization. Responsibilities • Lead Enterprise Architecture Governance. , • Oversee the activities related to establishing new processes in support of Path to Production. , • Accountable for implementing a platform to ensure compliance to prescribed Solution Design Patterns. , • Implement automated controls/prevention to replace existing manual controls. , • Contribute to reduced time to market through automation of defined processes. , • Enable integration with DevOps to maximize throughput related to design, coding, infrastructure, and deployment. , • Partner with business stakeholders to define and drive strategic roadmaps for application portfolio transformation. Requirements • 8+ years of industry-relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management role. , • Experience in enterprise architecture, application development, and cloud technologies. , • Strong knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, and microservices. , • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility. , • Understanding of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies. Nice-to-haves • Certifications in Cloud, SAFe, BIAN, TOGAF, or other architecture frameworks. , • Experience working in financial services organizations, preferably in a vendor-hosted application ecosystem.
